Meet Emilie Helen Alhart
Life Coach • Lifelong Learner • Joy-Seeker
Hi, I’m Emilie — a life coach, educator, and encourager at heart.
For over 25 years, I’ve been in the classroom, guiding and supporting others as they grow — but I’ve always felt that my true calling was to help people far beyond the school walls. While I have always considered myself to have been born a teacher, I know deep down I am truly a lifelong learner. See my video below for my information about me.
Over the course of my life, I’ve studied countless philosophies, healing modalities, and mindset tools — not only to support others, but to transform my own life from the inside out. Through challenges, growth, and deep self-work, I’ve come to believe one powerful truth:
✨ We all have the ability to create a beautiful, fulfilling life — and we don't have to do it alone.
My coaching work is centered around helping people reconnect with their own inner strength, find clarity in the chaos, and take real, actionable steps toward the life they want. Whether you're working through a tough season or reaching for a long-held dream, I’m here to walk with you — with heart, wisdom, and practical tools that work.
I hold a Master’s degree in Education and earned my life coaching certification through the Mind Movies Method Coaching Academy in March 2025. This work lights me up — and it’s my greatest joy to help others uncover the tools, confidence, and courage they need to thrive.
If you're ready to feel more joy, more clarity, and more you in your life... I'm here, and I’d be honored to support your journey.

Emilie is GREAT! She is so helpful! She is helpful, direct, kind, and intuitive. She has helped me turn my life around. It's been so amazing working with her. She helps me see my true, loving, kind, and brilliant self. She has helped me see all my blessings and gifts. I feel so much better about myself and my life. I am making positive changes in my life. Since working with her I am being more loving to myself. She has helped me turn the negative voices in my head around to positive and loving interactions with myself. She has helped me clarify the things I want to change in my life and has helped me take the steps to change them--but at my pace. I can't thank her enough and I can't recommend her enough!

I was completely lost. In a moment of anger, I quit my job without a plan and had no idea what I wanted to do next. The only thing I knew for sure was that I didn't want to go back to what I had just left. I suddenly had all this time, but I felt stuck—overwhelmed by frustration and self-doubt, unable to move forward.Working with Emilie was a turning point. She didn’t just listen—she truly heard me. She helped me sift through all the negative stories I was telling myself and start making sense of what I was feeling. Emilie gave me practical, thoughtful “homework” that helped me set goals and take concrete steps toward figuring out what I truly wanted. For the first time in a long time, I started to feel a sense of direction. At first, I dreaded our appointments because I was so deep in that place of not wanting to do anything. But after just a couple of weeks, everything shifted. I became more productive, more hopeful, and—most importantly—excited about my future. I even found work that I really enjoy.Emilie helped me get unstuck and believe in my path again. I honestly don’t know where I’d be without her.

Emilie truly has a gift. She listens deeply, offers thoughtful guidance, and brings an intuitive wisdom to every session. Through her coaching, I discovered new ways to approach life—learning how to feel, cope, and apply practical tools that make everyday challenges easier to navigate. I walked away feeling lighter, uplifted, and with a genuine new lease on life. The best way I can describe her coaching is simple: practical magic. Be prepared to be surprised, delighted, and experience a positive shift.

Working with Emilie Alhart was one of the best investments I've made in myself.
As someone with ADHD, I often have big ideas and good intentions, but getting started can feel overwhelming, and finishing things ahead of schedule can seem almost impossible. When I had an important presentation to prepare for at a writers conference, I wanted to be proactive rather than scrambling at the last minute. I knew what I wanted to accomplish, but I just couldn't seem to get it together.
Emilie was an enormous help. She helped me organize my thoughts, clarify my message, and develop an outline that I could expand on. She broke the project down into manageable steps and helped me create a realistic plan that worked with my ADHD brain instead of against it. She also brought a wealth of ideas for engaging an audience and worked with me to find what would be comfortable for me during the presentation. Her background in education was especially helpful because she had great suggestions for getting participants involved and making the experience more interactive. Her support really helped boost my confidence and made what felt overwhelming seem completely achievable.
What I appreciated most was that our work together went far beyond preparing for a presentation. In our sessions, we explored various areas of my life where I felt blocked and unsatisfied, including developing creative outlets that had always been pushed aside behind work and other responsibilities. As I gained more clarity and direction, I found myself making space for things that brought me joy and fulfillment. I spent more quality time with my husband, reconnected with hobbies I love, and felt less overwhelmed by the mental clutter that often comes with ADHD.
Emilie has a gift for helping people untangle their thoughts, identify what truly matters, and create practical action steps that feel achievable. She combines encouragement with structure in a way that creates real momentum without feeling pressured or overwhelming.
I always left our sessions feeling refreshed, inspired, and more confident about my next steps. If you struggle with ADHD, feel stuck, or simply need help turning your ideas into action, I highly recommend working with Emilie. She helped me gain clarity, focus, and confidence in ways I didn't think were possible.

When I first started working with Emilie, I felt completely lost. Within a short period of time, my only child had moved out, leaving me struggling with an overwhelming sense of emptiness, and one of my oldest and dearest friends died by suicide. The grief was so heavy that I felt paralyzed. I didn't know how to move forward or even where to begin.
Emilie met me with compassion, patience, and understanding. She never tried to "fix" my grief. Instead, she helped me take small, manageable steps toward healing and reconnecting with life. She encouraged me to reach out to others and helped me find online support groups where I could connect with people who understood what I was going through. She also helped me discover classes and activities at my local senior center, which gave me opportunities to build new friendships and feel part of a community again.
One of the most meaningful changes came when Emilie helped me reimagine my home. What had once been an unused game room became my personal sanctuary—a peaceful space where I can meditate, practice yoga, spend quiet time with my pets, and simply breathe. Having a space dedicated to my own well-being has been transformative.
Because of Emilie's guidance, I no longer feel stuck in my grief. I still miss my friend and adjusting to an empty nest is an ongoing journey, but I now have tools, connections, and a sense of purpose that I didn't have before. Most importantly, I have hope again.
I am deeply grateful for Emilie's kindness, wisdom, and support. She helped me find my way back to myself during one of the most difficult seasons of my life.
